The FT-iZ fairway wood incorporates a chemically milled hyperbolic face that utilises a new acid reduction process to provide precision thickness across the clubface. This allows the Callaway FT-iZ Fairway Wood to optimize the impact of Variable Face Thickness technology to ensure that ball speeds and accuracy are maintained right across the clubface, even on off centre hits. Its Polar Weighting is a result of a heavy face and in-line power source in the back of the head which increases stability, consistency, and linear acceleration of the ball. It also features a new aerodynamic body design to increase clubhead speed for added distance.
